Our team removed and disposed of the home’s old air handler and condenser. We installed a new 3.5‑ton Goodman air handler and 3.5‑ton Goodman condenser to upgrade the system’s performance and reliability.
The project included adding an ultraviolet air sanitizer and a media filter for cleaner, healthier indoor air. We reused the existing line set and electrical connections, and fully tested the new equipment to ensure everything was running properly.
A complete comfort upgrade, installed by D. Rohde Home Services.
