AC Repair, Install & Replacement in Highland, NY

We replaced the customer’s existing through-the-wall AC unit with a new 12,000 BTU Mitsubishi mini-split system for improved comfort and efficiency. The old AC unit was removed, and the opening was properly closed in with new sheetrock on the inside and siding on the outside.

To make room for the new outdoor unit, we cleared a tree from the back corner of the home and installed the condenser on a stand. New refrigerant lines and electrical connections were installed, along with a disconnect and surge protector. We were able to reuse the existing 240V AC circuit, helping keep the installation as simple as possible.

The system was fully started and tested to make sure everything was operating properly. We also went over the system’s operation with the customer and assisted with getting the Wi-Fi features set up. A permit was included with the installation.
