Customer called about lukewarm water from their shower. Tech found a burned-out lower heating element in a 2018 Rheem electric water heater — element had mineral buildup that caused it to overheat and fail. Replaced both elements and thermostats while the tank was drained, tested the system, and had hot water running within two hours.
