D. Rohde recently completed the installation of two new mini-split systems, providing efficient heating and cooling throughout the home. The project included installing the outdoor condensers on equipment pads, running new electrical from the panel to the outdoor units, and installing line sets to the indoor heads.

The completed installation included a 12,000 BTU wall-mounted unit in the dining room, a 9,000 BTU unit in the basement, and 9,000 BTU wall-mounted units in all three upstairs bedrooms. The required permit was also included as part of the project.
