Heat Pump Repair, Install & Replacement in Kingston, NY

We installed a Mitsubishi MXZ‑SM48NLHZ Hyper Heat system with a branch box, SVZ air handler, and a floor‑mounted unit. The outdoor condenser was set on a stand behind the dining room bump‑out to meet City of Kingston requirements, with new covered refrigerant lines and a surge protector.

The branch box was placed in the basement for easy service. The SVZ air handler replaced the oil furnace and connected to the existing ductwork with new electrical, drain line, and a WiFi‑ready thermostat. The floor‑mounted unit was installed in the attic on a homeowner‑provided wall and includes a remote control.

A clean, efficient upgrade throughout the home.
