Heat Pump Repair, Install & Replacement in Hurley, NY

D. Rohde Home Services installed a Mitsubishi SUZ‑AK48NLHZ Hyper Heat system paired with an SVZ‑AP48NL air handler for high‑efficiency, all‑electric heating. The outdoor unit was set on a gravel‑base stand with new refrigerant lines and covers, new electrical connection, surge protector, and service disconnect. The air handler was installed in the attic, tied into existing ductwork and drain line, and outfitted with a new condensate pan and float switch. The system is controlled by a Honeywell/Mitsubishi wireless, WiFi‑ready thermostat.

We also completed a full oil tank and boiler removal, a two‑day process that cleared out the old heating equipment to make way for the new system.

A clean, efficient upgrade delivered by D. Rohde Home Services.
