The living area received a 15,000 BTU unit, and each bedroom received a 7,000 BTU unit. All electrical work and refrigerant lines were completed, with the outdoor unit set on a stand with a gravel base and wooden surround. Refrigerant lines were routed neatly through the unfinished basement.
