We installed a new Mitsubishi heating and cooling system with two separate zones to keep the home comfortable throughout the year. The outdoor unit was installed on the right side of the home on a gravel base, with all necessary electrical and refrigerant connections, including a surge protector.

One zone provides heating and cooling for the kitchen and living room with a wall-mounted unit installed above the kitchen cabinets. The second zone serves the entire second floor, with a new air handler and ductwork providing comfort to each bedroom and bathroom. A central return and thermostat were also installed for easy temperature control.

The system was installed with the necessary drainage and safety features, and all new ductwork is insulated. Mitsubishi equipment includes a 12-year parts warranty, and the installation is backed by a 3-year labor warranty from D. Rohde with our TTR Membership.
